How booking and payment works

Online appointments can be booked via the online diary. In-clinic appointments and home visits are arranged on request in writing. Send a message via our online form, by email, on WhatsApp, or give us a call.

Booking an appointment places a request and provisionally holds the selected slot while we review clinician availability. We aim to confirm appointments within 1 working day.

Once confirmed, you will be issued an invoice and payment link for the full amount. Payment is required within the timeframe stated on the invoice. Your appointment is confirmed once paid in full. If payment is not received at least 24 hours before the appointment time, the appointment may be cancelled and the slot released.

Choosing the right appointment length

If you have several issues to cover, please book a longer appointment so we can do things properly and safely.

Follow up bundles

Follow-up bundles are a discounted way to book follow-up time. They must be used alongside an initial GP appointment.
Bundles can be used in 15, 30, or 60 minute blocks (subject to appointment availability). Unused time can be refunded on request, minus an admin fee of £50, within a year of initial purchase.

Consultation Summary Letter (optional)

A Consultation Summary Letter is a patient-tailored clinical summary (key findings, agreed plan, and next steps) that you can keep and share with your usual clinicians if helpful.

This is not produced routinely after every appointment. You can request it as an add-on, and in some situations we may recommend it for continuity and patient safety (for example, where medication has been changed or significant results need to be communicated).

If a summary letter is essential, this will be discussed and agreed with you beforehand. The fee may be waived where appropriate.

What we commonly see

We support a wide range of concerns, including infections, respiratory symptoms, skin problems and rashes, musculoskeletal pain and sports injuries, headaches and dizziness, digestive symptoms, diabetes and blood pressure reviews, asthma, medication reviews, mental health concerns, sleep problems, women’s and men’s health issues, and preventive care planning.

Appointment structure

Your appointment time includes associated clinical administration such as reviewing relevant information, documenting the consultation, and arranging agreed next steps. We aim to maximise clinical time while maintaining safe and high-quality records. Where clinically necessary for safety and continuity of care, we may recommend communicating key information to your NHS GP or treating clinician (with your consent).

ID checks

ID checks are required for safety, clinical governance, and fraud prevention. We will ask for a photo ID for all patients. For children, a parent or legal guardian must be present and we will also require evidence of parental responsibility (for example, a birth certificate or other formal document).

Urgent care

We can advise on urgent symptoms where appropriate, but this service is not an emergency or urgent treatment centre. If you are very unwell, have severe symptoms, or are worried about immediate risk, use NHS 111, your local urgent treatment centre, or call 999. This includes mental health crises where you are at risk of harm, experiencing severe distress, or need urgent support.

Appointments For Children

We can see children, but a parent or legal guardian must be present. We will require parent or guardian photo ID and the child’s birth certificate or other formal document that demonstrates parental responsibility.

This service is not suitable for emergency presentations or severe, rapidly deteriorating illness. If you are very unwell or worried about immediate risk, use NHS 111, your local urgent treatment centre, or call 999.
