Booking an appointment places a request and provisionally holds the selected slot while we review clinician availability. We aim to confirm appointments within 1 working day.
Once confirmed, Prime Medicare will issue an invoice and payment link for the full amount. Payment is required within the timeframe stated on the invoice. Your appointment is confirmed once paid in full. If payment is not received at least 24 hours before the appointment time, the appointment may be cancelled and the slot released.
In-person appointments are available on selected dates and are pre-arranged via WhatsApp or email.
Only by prior arrangement to Birmingham and Solihill postcodes. Up to 30 minute consultation.
Consultation time includes associated clinical administration, such as reviewing information, writing notes, and arranging follow-up actions. We do not rush patients. If you are unsure how long your issue may take, choose a free GP Discovery Call or contact us.
If you would like a patient-tailored clinical summary after your appointment (key findings, agreed plan, and next steps), you can add a Consultation Summary Letter.
In some situations, we may recommend a summary letter for continuity and patient safety (for example, if medication is changed or significant results need to be communicated). If so, this will be discussed and agreed with you beforehand. The fee may be waived where appropriate.
These include an initial GP assessment, a set baseline blood test panel, and a 15-minute follow-up results review with a GP.
In-clinic checks include a longer 30-minute initial GP assessment and can include a physical examination and additional tests such as urinalysis and a 6-lead ECG where appropriate.
These reports are clinical summaries and decision-support documents. They are not medicolegal reports. Medicolegal work is by enquiry and priced separately because it involves different standards, scope, and risk.
Focused appointment bundles for people planning to fast in Ramadan. Packages are delivered online by default.
In-clinic appointments can be helpful where you would prefer an in-person assessment, or where examination or measurements may improve the quality and safety of care. Please note these are only by prior arrangement.
Focused appointment bundles for people preparing for Hajj, Umrah, or other travel where health planning matters. Packages are delivered online by default.

Baseline blood tests are included within our Health Checks. Additional tests can be added where clinically useful or by informed choice.
Blood draw appointments are booked separately: +£40 at UK phlebotomy locations. Optional home blood draw visits are available from £60+ (subject to availability).
We aim to get the best value bundle from our UKAS-accredited laboratory partner for your investigations and will confirm costs before proceeding. If you want an itemised price list or a custom bundle, contact us or book a free GP Discovery Call.
We can arrange testing for almost any clinically appropriate marker. Add-ons are confirmed with you before ordering. Where there is overlap (for example, combining a Health Check with a Men’s or Women’s Health review), we will aim to use the best-value combined panel rather than duplicating tests.
Medicals are priced separately because they often require specific examination elements and form completion. Many medicals require an in-clinic appointment.
If you are unsure what you need, contact us before booking and we will guide you.
Simple admin letters and forms (e.g., travel letters, sick certificates, employer letters) are £25 and must be booked alongside a GP appointment.
A Consultation Summary Letter (£40) is a patient-tailored summary of your consultation that you can keep and share if helpful.
Where required for patient safety (for example, medication changes or significant abnormal results), we may write directly to your NHS GP or treating clinician with your consent. This is clinician-facing correspondence and is not the same as a patient summary letter.
