Receive Secure Booking & Consent Information

Bookings are scheduled through our partner, Prime Medicare, using their secure clinical system. Appointment emails, invoices, payment links, and some correspondence may come from Prime Medicare.

Appointment Confirmation

We aim to confirm appointments within 1 working day. If we cannot accommodate the time you selected, we will contact you promptly with the nearest alternatives. If we cannot offer a suitable time, there is no charge and you can cancel the request.

Consultation with a GP

Once confirmed, you will be issued an invoice and payment link. Your appointment is only confirmed once paid in full.

Follow-Up & Next Steps

Your consultation is delivered online or in person where arranged. Where clinically indicated, we can help arrange investigations and agree on a clear plan. If follow-up is needed, we will discuss options and agree on costs before proceeding.

In-person appointments

In-clinic appointments in Birmingham and home visits within Birmingham and Solihull postcodes are available on request. Please contact us via WhatsApp or email to arrange availability, location, and the most appropriate appointment length.

Ramadan and Travel packages

Our Ramadan and Travel packages are delivered online by default. If you would prefer an in-person appointment, this can be arranged on request on selected dates.

Hajj and Umrah Health Advice

When we may recommend seeing you in person

Occasionally, we may recommend an in-person appointment or follow-up where an examination or in-person checks are needed for safe care.

Appointments are delivered by Crescent Health and scheduled through Prime Medicare using their secure clinical and billing system.

Free GP Discovery Call

A short, free call with a GP to help you choose the right option. This is not a triage service. If you have immediate medical concerns, use NHS 111, your local urgent care service, or 999 in an emergency.
