Bookings are scheduled through our partner, Prime Medicare, using their secure clinical system. Appointment emails, invoices, payment links, and some correspondence may come from Prime Medicare.
We aim to confirm appointments within 1 working day. If we cannot accommodate the time you selected, we will contact you promptly with the nearest alternatives. If we cannot offer a suitable time, there is no charge and you can cancel the request.
Once confirmed, you will be issued an invoice and payment link. Your appointment is only confirmed once paid in full.
Your consultation is delivered online or in person where arranged. Where clinically indicated, we can help arrange investigations and agree on a clear plan. If follow-up is needed, we will discuss options and agree on costs before proceeding.

Our Ramadan and Travel packages are delivered online by default. If you would prefer an in-person appointment, this can be arranged on request on selected dates.
