Health checks are a structured, evidence-based way to understand your current health and reduce future risk.
They include a GP assessment, baseline blood tests, and a follow-up results review with a GP. We will explain the results in plain English and agree on the next steps.
We can arrange testing for almost any clinically appropriate marker. Add-ons are confirmed with you before ordering. Where there is overlap (for example, combining a Health Check with a Men’s or Women’s Health review), we will aim to use the best-value combined panel rather than duplicating tests.

We work with a UKAS-accredited laboratory partner and partner services to deliver the best value for your tests. Blood draws can be arranged at 100+ UK phlebotomy locations, and home blood draw visits may be available for an additional fee.
Other tests and imaging can often be arranged following clinical assessment if indicated. Examples include ultrasound, 12-lead ECG, MRI, echocardiography, and DEXA scanning. We will be clear with you if something cannot be arranged.
If a result is significantly abnormal, urgent repeat testing may be recommended for safety. If a sample is rejected or delayed, we will work with the lab to resolve this. You can also choose to arrange urgent repeats with other providers, including NHS urgent and emergency care.
